Attorney Giannet is proud to have a non lawyer staff which includes:
~Senior Law Clerk and Attorney Giannet's brother, Billy C. Giannet, holds a Juris Doctorate of Law from Stetson University College of Law and a Masters of Business Administration. He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, Summa Cum Laude/with a 4.0 GPA and highest honors. He was a King O'Neal Scholar. Billy is a non lawyer Certified Civil Circuit Court Mediator. Although his passion is for business and legal research, he is considering taking the state Bar examination to someday become an attorney.
Like Ms. Giannet, Billy has been commissioned by the Governor of Kentucky and Secretary of State of Kentucky as a "Kentucky Colonel," the highest honor awarded by the Commonwealth of Kentucky in recognition of noteworthy accomplishments and outstanding service to community, state or nation. The honor was bestowed in recognition of Attorney Giannet's and Billy's service to our Nation's disabled veterans and disabled workers.
